Patron PoliciesFood, Drink, and Alcoholic BeveragesWe do not allow outside food or drink within the seating area. Audience members must discard these items or consume them before entering the seating area. Bottled water as well as sturdy, sealed reusable containers are allowed in the seating areas. Soda/Juice bottles, disposable cups, fast food cups, and coffee cups are not allowed.Items purchased from the in-venue concessions are allowed within the seating area. Prohibited ItemsSmoking, including the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes. Candles or any open flame.Weapons regardless of licensing or permits except for security personnel hired by the venue. “Weapons” includes all firearms, large knives or blades, stun guns, and any other potentially dangerous item. We reserve the right to use metal detectors and bag checks.Balloons. Wet paint and/or glitter are not allowed on signs, posters, or bodies. Pets except certified service animals.DoorsGenerally, the lobby will open one hour prior to the event start time with the seating areas opening 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Those with mobility issues are asked to arrive early and contact the FOH staff upon arrival so that they may be seated early. This standard may vary event by event. If a different timeline is expected, we will attempt to post that on the show page on our website. Late SeatingPlease plan to arrive early. Traffic, parking, or unforeseen circumstances may make your trip the theater longer than expected. The event will not be able to wait for you, arrive early so you have plenty of time to comfortably get to your seat. Individual performances will have different late seating policies; some events may allow continuous seating once a show has begun, but many will have a set entry point for late comers which may be significantly into the run of the event. For the enjoyment of the patron already in the hall, please respect the instructions of the Front of House staff. They will seat you into the best available seat as soon as possible. This may not be your reserved seat. You may move to your reserved seat at intermission. Ticketing IssuesDuring a reserved seat show, ticketing issues may arise. If you believe someone is in your seats, please double check your tickets first, then ask those seated to confirm that they are in the correct seats. If the issue can’t be resolved, please contact and usher or house manager to verify the tickets and assist in coming up with a solution. If the problem can’t be quickly identified, you may be asked to visit the ticket office so they can look further into the issue. Aisles Must Remain Clear at All TimesPatrons may not stand or sit in the aisles during a performance.Wheelchairs, crutches, strollers, baby carriers, bags, etc., cannot be stored in the aisle. These items should be neatly stored in the lobby.Backstage AccessFor most events, accessing the backstage from the seating areas is prohibited even for parents attending an event their children are performing in. Only authorized and credentialed staff or those being escorted by staff are allowed to go backstage. Flash Photography, Cameras, and Recording DevicesProfessional photography, video recording, and/or streaming is not allowed at most performances. Flash photography is particularly disruptive and could be dangerous to the performers. Most performers allow and even encourage the use of cell phones for posting to social media. Please dim your screens as to not hinder the view of those behind you. Be sure to check the signage upon entering an event for any photography restrictions. Disruptive BehaviorDisruptive, destructive, drunken, or unsafe behavior may be grounds for removal from an event. Threatening actions or words against the performers, staff or other patrons may be grounds for removal from an event.Refunds will not be issued for someone removed from an event for these types of behaviors. ChildrenAll children, including infants and those seated on laps, must have a ticket to attend an event. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.Groups including disruptive children may be asked to move to the lobbies or to leave the event.Lost and FoundLost and Found items are held for 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) before being donated to local charitable organizations. Our staff is not responsible for valuables.
